Managing Consultant: Graeme Southam
As an experienced training professional, Graeme is driven by results and an enthusiasm to add value. He has a positive attitude and a pragmatic approach when collaborating with individuals, teams and organisations to deliver business solutions.
Graeme has more than 30 years’ experience working with many national and international blue-chip organisations. He has designed and written skills and regulatory training that has been adopted across many major Clearing Banks, Insurance Companies and Building Societies. He has also delivered training and assessed learners in their ability to apply new skills and knowledge.
His career began in Banking, working in both the UK and offshore with investment portfolios, corporations and trusts. Moving into personal financial planning, initially as an Authorised Advisor and then becoming an Independent Financial Adviser. During this time Graeme held senior management and compliance roles.
